The Garden Room at Foals Grange is a newly converted annex to the main house with it's own private access. This exceptionally well equipped holiday property (including coffee and tea making facilities, a fridge and colour television and DVD player) comprises of one ensuite double bedroom and sitting area (which can also be used as a sleeping area for children using the Sofa Bed) that looking out into a charming courtyard area which guests are welcome to relax in.

Families are very welcome! The Garden Room is a child friendly environment where children under 12 stay free, sharing thier parents room. Babysitting is available by prior arrangement.

The main house is a charming period property set in large 2 acre mature gardens which guests are welcome to use. The area is perfect for long walks and cycling - cycles are provided free of charge.

Included in the price is a hearty Suffolk breakfast, a real home from home experience of local and home produce.

Quiet walks, Cycling, Suffolk coast approx 45 minutes drive, Nearby Stradbroke Village offers three pubs - The Ivy House, The Queens Head and The White Hart, serve good food plus a wide selection of beers and spirits. The Ivy House offers a take away food service. Food, drink and confectionery can be obtained from the local convenience store (SPAR) in Church Street or in Queen Street from Rolfes the butcher, or the Post Office or the Stradbroke Bakery. Stradbroke also offers a fine Swimming Pool and a large recreation ground.

Driving directions

Just a short drive from the main B1120 Suffolk Tourist Route, located midway between Norwich, Ipswich and Bury St Edmunds.
